Jennifer is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in cardiology with more than seven years in this field. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Western Michigan University and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing at University of Michigan – Flint. She holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a Certified Heart Failure Nurse through the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses.
Jennifer is passionate about educating patients. She believes that it is important to empower patients to take an active role in their healthcare. Jennifer helped develop RCA’s heart failure clinic and acts as the Program Coordinator. She works in both independent and interdependent roles with a goal of delivering expertise in the management of RCA’s heart failure patients. The heart failure team provides patients with support, tools, and resources to improve lifestyles.
